Liked: The staff was very kind and it was one of the few cheap hotels in Biarritz.

Disliked: Basically for old people, and the building itself is not aging gracefully.

Disliked: Upon arrival I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because my credit card did not go through and there were no rooms available. She said that she sent me an email. I checked ALL my emails and I never received an email with this information. They showed us other places to go but I was very disappointed.

Disliked: Rooms, and bathrooms in particular are extremely small. Rooms that face onto the street can be very noisy.

Liked: great hotel. simple, clean and safe. There is a pincode door that works 24hs for guests. FREE INTERNET wireless in the room all the time and fast.

Liked: cheap and cheerful; the man on reception, who i think was the owner, was extremely pleasant and hospitable. A double bed, all to myself, minutes from the ocean (even with a small view of it), all for 40 euro - in Biarritz - amazing value.

Liked: it was in the center of Biarritz, the room was big with one double bed and one single bed, the bath room was very clean, the staff friendy, the hotel quiet (might be different in peak times)... all in all good value for money, especially for France.

Liked: The property was in a great location near Bairritz town centre.Was basic but clean and cleaned during your stay. Its near a bus stop to airport and a little supermarket.The only thing I will say is that the beds are not a bit comfortable and i didnt sleep too well as a result.

Liked: Hotel was very clean and secure. Close to water, however not right in the very centre where all the shops are, you have to walk up a slight hill to get to the hotel. No Instructions from train station, lucky we had a helpful local!!! Toilet and bathroom very small, if you are over 5"10 you will have problem sitting on toilet with door closed!!! Otherwise nice hotel.

Liked: Fine stay at a great location for a reasonable price. Good apart from an over eager cleaning lady and box room bathroom (be prepared to sit sideways!)

Liked: Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really felt like we got value for our money. The best bit about it is the location. It is so close to shops restraunts and pubs and so close to the beach.. about 5 minutes walk and you're there. It's also close to the main bus stop where you can get a bus to the airport or train station. It really was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back here if we were to come to biarritz again
