Liked: Great location,friendly staff,free parking,clean and great value. I read some bad reviews, but these people should wake up,when you book the cheapest hotel in town don't expect the Ritz! I'll use this hotel again.

Disliked: The rooms are doubles. My friend let me have the bed and he took the floor. His review probably wouldn't be as complimentary as this one.

Liked: Great location near to Carrefour and morning market also short walking distance the beaches, restaurants and nightclubs.

Disliked: It would be great to have some simple self catering facilities. Parking on the premises is hard to find, in season I think that the street parking is chargeable.

Liked: The location is nearly perfect an the staff is very friendly. Much coffee at the breakfast :-)

Disliked: We had no Wi-Fi in our building an there is no lounge in the hotel where you can sit and delay (the breakfast room closes after breakfast). And they should not be so stingy with the jam at breakfast :-(

Liked: Great location, cheap with breakfast included. The room was small, all 2 stars in Biarritz are but was clean, modern, comfortable bed and had everything besides a kettle. The staff were very friendly. We stayed in the annex and it was fine for the price we paid.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: The annexed building (not the main hotel) and it's rooms seem a lot older and less safe. Very noisy at night externally from nearby clubs and internally from the sound of other guests entering/leaving. Cleaners start their rounds and hovering at 10 in the morning and insist on entering the rooms. Despite WiFi advertised and a password provided there was no signal.

Liked: fantastic value for money considering the location. The delicious food market just over the road for morning fix of all things french! Also, management flexible when booking needed to be changed.

Disliked: our room was a little bit noisy as we werent in the main building, and we were on street level. and also other people staying in the building often didn't close the front of building door, lessening security.

Liked: Great location, near the main attractions, small but fine room, nice view from window!

Disliked: Cleaning lady twice came into our room, without any permission, while we were there. It wasn`t nice.

Disliked: The main hotel is secure and modern, but the building that I was in was not the main hotel and was a lot older and less comfortable, and the doors appeared less secure.

Liked: great location, really few meters from main street and just 5 minutes walking to Grand plage. Rooms are small an basic, but it's ok if You are looking for a simply and not expensive accomodation.

Disliked: poor breakfast...but considering price of the hotel it's good.

Liked: Good location, close to shops and beach. Helpful staff.

Disliked: Would have been extremely awkward if I wasn't travelling alone - the double room I booked was 'open plan' and therefore the toilet and shower area was clearly visible from any part of the room. The walls were paper thin and I was woken up at all hours of the night as people came and went. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any young travellers on a budget.

Liked: It's not a hostel but not a full blown hotel either.I shared with a fellow traveler i met en-route after we couldn't find a vacant hostel and the privacy [ you get a hotel room ] was refreshing after months of bunking it in dorms. Great bathroom [ Room # 10 ], fantastic location and the price is right if shared.

Disliked: Nothing :)

Liked: Charming building, excellent location very near ocean and situated in downtown area. There was a bath!

Disliked: The staff could have been more understanding on the phone regarding our delay due to massive strikes in france, but proved friendly when we did arrive on time, thankfully. The distance from the hostel to the train station was farther than it was made to seem on the website.

Liked: nicely decorated, very clean and spacious room and staff were very helpful. it's a 2 min walk to the beach and centre of town, but quite a walk from the train station so i'd catch a bus into town from there. it's also next to line 9 bus stop which goes to the train station. note that its a hotel so not a place to meet other backpackers but a nice bit of luxury after staying in hostels!

Disliked: Renee left no negative feedback.
