Liked: Good swimming pool.
Disliked: In email correspondence the hotel promised to collect us when we arrived at the local station, but when we arrived and phoned they said it was not possible, forcing us to get an expensive taxi. When we complained about this the hotel staff member was very unprofessional and refused to deal with our complaint at first even though the evidence was clear. After much argument she finally reimbursed us 'out of her own money', but the whole process was unpleasant and dealt with in a very unprofessional manner.
