Liked: View from the top floor balcony was excellent. Location couldn't have been better.

Liked: The day staff were very helpful and gave a fantastic recommendation of a sweet family run restaurant nearby. Everything was great! The walk to get to the hotel was not far but further than it states on hostelbookers

Disliked: Nothing. Dont pay for breakfast though, can get cheaper and much nicer in the old town.

Liked: the hostel was located directly in the centre of the city and close to the central station - perfect

Disliked: 15mins internet -> 3euro, which is quite expansive

Liked: This hotel had a great location, it is a hotel not a hostel so if you are looking for place where you can meet other travellers this is not the hotel for you there is no "bar area / chill out room". The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

Disliked: There were no rooms with air-con available so the room with was very hot. I stayed with a friend and she said it was a bit noisy as we had to have the window open all night because there was no air-con. However this hotel is value for money because of the location and the room was a good size.

Liked: It was well-located near the centre of Avignon

Disliked: The rooms are on the small side, the windows in the inner rooms open up to a well within the building, making it rather gloomy.

Liked: Close to all touristy places.

Disliked: The windows of our first floor room opened onto the busiest street. The street lights were just outside the window. Consequently, we didn't sleep at all.

Liked: it's good to hv the elevator in this hotel, and good location as well.

Disliked: no our booking record when we arrived the hotel, i think it's not happened first time. also see some other people talk about it when I booked the reversation on hostelbook website. no wi-fi in the room, can only get wi-fi in the lobby..

Liked: Excellent location at a good price.

Disliked: Not exactly up-to-date: small TV, old furnishings, etc., but really not a big deal. Also wish there was a kitchenette or some such, but it is a hotel, and not a hostel.

Liked: Clean and wellpriced in comparison with the cost of accomodation in avignon

Disliked: The toilet flush didn't work very well and the bathroom light was faulty. We were not sure if it was due to low season and rooms were not used that frequently.

Liked: Price was good, room was large enough and it was well located in Avignon and easy to find

Disliked: There was a bit of a leak in the bathroom (some water on the floor) and there was a faint smoking smell and a small cigarette burn on the doona. Not a big deal though.

Liked: Regina Hotel is at the location between Palais de Pape and Avignon centre station. The reception was really friendly and helpful. cleam room with towels. There was no AC in room, but a fan. it was still hot.

Liked: I booked the hotel, but the reservation was not taken into account. We got there at 9pm and the hotel was full. The staff admitted their mistake and called many hotels in order to find us a place to stay that same night. They found one (Le Relais - a terrible hotel) and paid for the taxi. In the meantime they gave us a card to use internet -without mentioning that they would later charge 5 Euros for these 30 minutes. The following day, when we checked in, the room was OK, but the elevator worked only until the 2nd floor. Finally, we had to spend some hours discussing with the staff in order to have our 10% deposit -made through hostelbookers applied to the bill. One tip: If you go with car, the hotel has agreements with the parkings and presenting the bill you'll get a discount.
