Liked: Very surprised as did not expect too much but was very happy to be delighted with all aspects of my stay here. Location great, price great and helpfull staff, the main building was interesting in it's own right.

Disliked: My room was on the top floor of one of the buildings and getting luggage up was an effort as stairs only (but room and facilities were very good) Parking near can be difficult due to location

Liked: Incredible room, the bathroom was gorgeous and the property was very well situated in the town.

Disliked: I paid a deposit on hostelbookers.com and this was not reduced off of the price of the room. Note that this is not a hostel and is a very fancy hotel. If you are looking to interact and meet other fellow travellers this is not the place for you. Alternatively if you are looking for a clean, quiet and relaxing place to stay then stay here it was beautiful! The wifi connection was limited and I could not check into any of my accounts while staying in Arles.

Liked: It's very convenient and close to the Arena. The hotel staff was very kind to answer all questions and always available to help. However, the restroom or because of the old pipe have some sticky smell.

Liked: This is a hotel not a hostel. It is great value for money and it is beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and the location is brilliant right near the Aphitheatre (obviously) but close to everything you need.

Liked: Very clean, bright rooms. Comfortable mattresses, beautiful bathroom. Has a decent computer with Internet access. On a quiet street.

Liked: This is a hotel, not a hostel. It was the best place we stayed throughout our whole European trip. The staff were very friendly, it's only 1min walk from the colloseum and the decor and furnishings are really funky. Downstairs there is a reading room painted dark red - warm and inviting.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and charming. The best hotel stay I've had in Europe in a long time. Incredible value--quiet, very central location (Arles also makes a great base for daytrips in Provence), helpful and cheerful staff, delicious breakfast (not included in the price, but also a good value), beautiful room, internet, cable television, couldn't have asked for more. The quality of an expensive hotel, but at a hostel price.

Liked: The location was tops. The friendliness of the front desk and the kitchen staff was tremendous. Such beautiful, classy group rooms and hotel room. Absolutely the best hostel I've visited in Europe.
