Liked: It is clean and comfortable and close to the town centre and the lake. You can opt to have breakfast at E10 per person and although this sounds expensive it is a continental style buffet, there is a good choice and plenty of it. The hotel is also very close to the bus/train station and really good for all the shops.

Disliked: The lift does not go to the top floor.

Disliked: Could do with more character. They also didn`t seem to recognise hostelbookers, so didn`t acknowledge payment of the deposit.

Liked: Very good location close to bus/railway station.

Disliked: Quite basic, and as we went peak season it was not cheap

Liked: Great location, 24hr reception, very good value for money, good selection of TV channels in room.

Disliked: We extended our stay but changed rooms. We paid the same price, but the first room we had was considerably nicer (eg. better decor, bigger) than the first.

Liked: The location is very good. Annecy is an amazing place and this hostel is an excellent base. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: If you are young and looking for action this is probably not the hostel for you but for us it was perfect. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and were a great base for exploring an super city. Also there is underground parking nearby for which you get a discount by staying in the hostel. This is pretty important in Annecy where parking can be difficult to find.

Disliked: Bathroom was very small and the shower did not work very well

Liked: Perfect location right between the central station and the old town, very close to both. The room was clean and nice, but interesting 70ths design... The reception were open all day and night.

Disliked: Breakfast was not included, were available for 10 euro which we thought was expensive. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Liked: Very centrally located, 2mins from the main train station. Clean and presentable place with helpful staff. rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday.

Disliked: the television reception was not working, but the hotel staff managed to fix it before the end of the day.

Liked: What I liked about this hotel was it's location. A five minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the center of the old city.

Liked: Very central and good price! Nice little hotel and would defo stay there again if on a budget. Had a 4 person room on the top floor and it was great. Suited us perfect.
