Liked: When we got to the City Hotel, a note on the door directed us to Von Stackelberg Hotel Tallinn a four-star hotel round the corner. The receptionist there told us we had been upgraded and it included breakfast. Breakfast was everything you could possibly imagine. There was flat screen tv computer with free internet in room, loads fluffy white pillows, bath and shower. A glass inset in the floor showing the old features before modernisation. In short all we could wish for. We also were able to book the sauna and japanese pool there.

Disliked: absolutely nothing

Liked: Nice restaurant and bar within complex.Close to main train station,Balti Jaam.

Disliked: Room was not serviced daily.

Liked: Hotel is clean, cheap and very near to the Old Town of Tallinn. It actually works together with another hotel, where you also pick up your keys and where all the staff is. They were very friendly. Breakfast is included in room price. It's a brown bag with yoghurt, a sandwich, an apple and some juice inside., that you get in the Lounge of the hotel. It's not much but for the money it's okay. :)

Disliked: All the staff is in the other hotel (just 1 minute walk away). If you need fresh towels or your room cleaned, you need to go to the other hotel and ask them to do it. :(

Liked: The walk to town is very short. Close to train station. We were actually upgraded to the hotel that runs the hostel. But location is still the same. I would recommend this to anyone as the quality of the hostel and hotel premises offer excellent value for money.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
