Liked: Konse is located a bit outside the city centre, but since it is a small city, the walk there is not long and you see some wonderful Estonian houses on the way. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was the best I've seen in hostels. The building itself is clean and beautiful and situated next to the river, with a big lawn. I really enjoyed staying at Konse and would stay there again anytime.

Disliked: The walls were very thin so noise from the neighbours was unavoidable. Also, our room was very hot as it was warm outside, and there was no way to cool it down.

Liked: nice, clean and big rooms with own bathroom. We even had our own balcony (although the view from it was rather poor).

Disliked: the fact that the TV in our room got on a few times in the middle of the night (by itself). There might be some ghost busting to do...

Liked: Delicious continental breakfast, cereal, toast, coffee, juice, meats, vegetables etc typical eastern europe fare. Very clean, more of a motel than hostel but excellent value. It is out of town, but fairly close to the bus station and right on the river. Mosquitoes not a problem.

Disliked: The walk to town is 15 to 20min which in a small seaside town could have been avoided by a hostel in the centre.

Liked: We liked the river side, and the room, very clean and tidy : seems to be brand new ! Even a fridge in the room... luxury !

Disliked: A bit far from bitch (25 min by foot), center (20 min) and bus station (15 min). I suggest to rent a bike at your arrival in Parnu if you plan to stay here !

Liked: Calm, very clean rooms. LOTS of mosquitoes in Parnu this time of year & there're no nets on the windows. Nice breakfast in the morning & very friendly staff!

Disliked: It's more of a camper van park than a motel

Liked: Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Good breakfast and a bar open in the evenings to give you the opportunity to meet your fellow guests.

Disliked: It was quite a long way from the centre of town with no buses, but once I'd discovered the picturesque path along the river, that became less of an issue.

Liked: We really enjoyed this location. It was only a short distance from the beach and the staff was very helpful. I certainly recommend this location for anyone traveling to the area.

Liked: it has really modern facilities, a shared internet terminal, free breakfast as well as extras such as a kitchen within the apartment. many toilets around the hostel for shared used as well as in the apartment.only grouse is that it is quite a distance from supermarket and other restaurants or food establishments
