Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Having the Internet was excellent. The bathroom was beautiful.

Disliked: As above, the small room and the distance from the city. It's good having a bus stop right outside for the trip in, but not so good that the one coming out doesn't correspond and there's quite a hike. I was given misinformation as to which bus to catch back, and more details about transport would have been appreciated. When I was stranded in town, someone phoned Galaxie for me (this was at about 5 p.m.) & could only get a recorded message saying they were closed for the night or words to that effect (I didn't make the call). I stayed an extra night because of the snow but word wasn't passed on, so I returned to find my passkey didn't work. That was easily fixed, but a window had been left open in my room and the place was freezing. I couldn't reach thew window to close it & didn't like to disturb anyone. The TV didn't give a very good picture. It was blurred aqnd people's faces were dark & had hollow eyes!

Liked: When we got there we realized that the hotel was far out of Oxford. When you book online you only get the 'four economy rooms' budget and would never stay here again. Also just to let you know they are doing renovations so was woken up at 7:30am. Also could hear the people next door, one talking and two doing up pants zipper.
