Liked: We booked a room here for a short break in the Oxford area - it was a lovely place to have as our 'base'. The room was a good size and comfortable. What really made it though was the impressive main house and the beautiful grounds. We'll be coming here again - good value for money!

Liked: The main building is beautiful and the long walks on the grounds are very relaxing. It is very close to the town of Woodstock where I would reccommend going to Blenheim Palace for a couple of hours...

Disliked: The rooms are a little on the small side but do have all the necessary condiments.

Liked: The Gym and Spa were definately the highlight of this hotel. The value for money was certainly very good! The fassade of the hotel and the whole surroundings are absolutely splendid!

Disliked: The corridors as well as the doors seemed very old and worn off, they need refurbishing. The hotel seemed to be completely empty, which felt a bit wierd in such a huge place...

Liked: lovely architecture of the hotel, placed in the middle of lovely green park:) the best place in oxfordshire:) amazing!! romantic:) just perfect:)
