Liked: Excellent location, fantastic staff, lovely lobby and bar area. Parking also a big plus! Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The clientelle, very noisy, floor boards creeky, rowdy groups of people at all ours, things being thrown from the windows (not the hotels fault at all has to be said) the hotel do they're very best to sort this. Rooms were a bit of a let down really, I feel that if you were to look at the website it almost makes the place out to be a small quiet quaint little boutique hotel with sea views in Newquay, personally for the money we paid it was good, but based on expectation having seen the website I felt slightly let down.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff and a really relaxed atomosphere. Fab place to stay for a hen or girly weekend!

Liked: Good value for money but heating in our room didn't work and the shower could've been hotter. Coming into winter, heating and hot showers are a must after a surf. Nice friendly staff and really close to the high street.
