Liked: It was clean and staff very nice and helpfull. We had problem with light in the bathroom, but their fixed it first thig in the morning. Showers had electrical heater, so you could have shower and not too worry about cold water.

Disliked: The only thing was when one of the days some travellers came back from the night out and their were very load, but other evenings was very queit.

Liked: Quite close to the Metro Radio Arena, which is handy for gigs. Room had a comfortable bed with pristine linen and an en suite with a jolly good power shower. Receptionist extremely helpful and let me print out another copy of my e-ticket for the gig when I lost the first one - lifesaver!

Disliked: It's up quite a steep hill, which can be a problem to climb after a few bottles of the local ale. If possible, take cash to pay the balance as they charge extra for settling it by card.

Liked: It was in a quiet part of town, away from the noise of the centre, it had a pool table that didnt work& it was kind of homely. One guy was sweet for he let us leave our bags there while we went and spent the whole day outside, they were very heavy, so we appreciated that.

Disliked: The soap had not even been changed or the bin, does that mean the room was partly clean???? The TV didnt work, it was cold& I left jeans folded on the windowsill, when picking them up later, they were soaking because of a leak. We told them but they didnt either understand us, werent exactly bothered.When checking in, we were very early& prepared but even then, we sat there for 3 hrs & no one even told us our room was ready till we asked.

Liked: Rooms were clean and the shower was very modern. Bed was very comfortable, slept really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: The bathroom doors might need a few repairs in the towel handles...

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely clean sheets and towels. No problem when asked for replenishment of in room tea making facilities. Although a bit of a hike on way back from town, on main bus route.

Disliked: would have liked to have been able to put the table lamp between the beds. no close plug available, but as i always travel with own reading light not a great problem.

Liked: Really safe and good staff perfectly clean.

Disliked: Should instal an extra shower there is plenty of room in the bathroom for it.

Liked: Free breakfast and wifi. Free on street parking. 15 mins walk to city centre or take bus. Not many eating options within walking. Being a hotel there is no self catering.

Liked: Very clean, great facilities for the price. Comfortable rooms. Only complaint was cleaning staff tried to kick us out before check-out time.

Liked: What I did not like was that I had to leave the hotel 3 30 in the night, because drunk people were shouting on the corridor and they kick the door of my room.

Liked: A little off the beaten path, but still within walking distance of the city center and eateries. Buses also run right in front of the hotel.Overall an amazing experience. Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and all the amenities I needed.

Liked: Receptionists were nice but not the cleaning ladies. They tried to get us out of the room 30 minutes before check-out time and removed all the food for breakfast before breakfast time was over. They could hardly speak english and didn't even try to look nice with the customers.Very satisfactory breakfast except that one of the cleaning ladies turned off the toaster while it was toasting my bread...Very good bathroom with shower and bath though you've got to share with the whole floor. Hotel was kind of a hostel actually. Got to walk for a 20 minutes or take the bus in order to get to the centre, nothing to do really in the hotel area.

Liked: Thje property was clean, however rooms were very samll and COLD!!!!! The bedding was not very warm and no additional blankets were in the room. Hardly slept a wink due to being cold.

Liked: The location was very good, a quick walk into the city. Our room wasn't large, but more than big enough for the two of us. Breakfast was lovely, and available for quite a long time.
