Liked: the staff where very friendly and helped with any small problems we had. the location was perfect not too far from town or airport and all had a great time.

Liked: Came in town for a Newcastle United match, booked a 4 bed ensuite, and ended up having the whole room to myself. Quick bus ride to the stadium, and breakfast was included, to boot.

Liked: I really liked the people who worked here and were on reception as they were nice to talk to and helpful. I really liked the size of our room at our hotel as we were in a four room hotel and it was big and plenty room. Also really liked how they let us check in as early as 930 which is earlier than supposed to be and also that they let us spend hours in room on monday till after we were supposed to.Also the let us leaveour cases in their charge on the monday, the day we checked out, till 5 whenour train was.

Liked: Small hotel in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants right outside the door! Car parking available, friendly staff and large rooms.

Liked: Location is excellent. Nice area. Not far from a really banging pub called Osbournes. £5.80 taxi ride to Newcastle. Staff so helpful and friendly.
