Liked: Amazing value ,very nice old fashioned house, no problem checking in late at 11pm , only 10 minutes taxi to airport which only cost £7

Liked: Very nice and intimate, English atmosphere, close to the station. Very good and spacious room and bathroom.

Liked: Convenient to railway station for easy travel into Manchester Piccadilly Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were small but adequate, spotlessly clean and simply but tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Car parking on site.

Disliked: It said on the website it was 4.9 miles from Manchester City Arena and it was over 10 miles so a taxi cost £22

Liked: Nice calm place but easy to go to the town center. Good for couples.

Liked: the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: Room was quite shabby and not particularly clean. A grim breakfast - no service at all . . . saw no staff at all. Help yourself, make your own coffee etc. But what can you expect for the price (Although I have stayed at cheaper places that were much better). Very average but fine for my visit.

Liked: It is a short distance from Heald Green station which connects to Manchester Piccadily, so was a cheap way to have a city break. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Comfy warm rooms with nice ensuite.

Disliked: Our room was right on the road so there was some traffic noise.

Liked: Small and friendly. Very close to the Airport so it took the stress out of a very early flight. Helpful staff booked an early morning wake up call and taxi. I had a comfortable night and would recommend it to friends.

Liked: This was a really nice property with very friendly helpful staff.

Disliked: I was hoping that I could walk to the airport from there, but it was too far. It is NOT in close proximity to the airport.
