Liked: Nice big room - double bed an unexpected bonus. A short walk out from the city centre, but not bad at all really. Really good value for money!

Liked: a little far from the city center, but the room is fine generally.

Disliked: very very cold water for taking a shower!!!

Liked: Having especially so helpfull, friendly staff. Relatively low cost in compared with the other hotels in Manchester.

Disliked: noise, for example you can hear easily visitors' footstep, splash. This make me discomfortable when slepping. Additionaly, it is not safety enough.

Liked: Was great value for money, large room, ideal location and very friendly staff.

Disliked: The lock on the room door was loose and didn't feel totally secure, but that was the only thing!

Liked: Nothing really.

Disliked: Firstly the pictures are misleading and don't represent the hotel truthfully. The overall condition of the room was very poor, the showers were full of mould, the chair was full of stains and paint, the carpet was stained and not very pleasant to walk on and the room smelled bad as the cleaner was smoking whilst working.

Disliked: Service was not gr8. We had to wait for 10 min outside the hotel as the receptionist had gone out to help a customer.

Disliked: The room smelled a bit odd. Also not sure about security - our window opened onto a fire escape.

Liked: Went down for united game 3 of us, kevin the dude there is the man!! Told us all where the top bars and clubs were! Ideal location as well!!! Defently will stay there again!!

Liked: friendly staff and the location is very easy to find. even I can use shuttle bus from picadilly

Disliked: staff not at place during night, I smell paint in the room and cannot change to other room (not good for health) with no information from the staff before

Liked: It's like a hotel! Big rooms with strong and hot showers (in the cold winter!!). Equipped with television and free WIFI in the rooms!

Disliked: Receptionist smoked in the corridors - cigarette smells in the corridors.

Liked: I like nothing. One or two nights is ok to live in.

Disliked: I didn´t like the destroyed furnitures, the window which was always open because a vandal did it that way.

Disliked: Smoking smell in my room. Nobody was in reception when I get there, so I had to look for a public telephone to call them.
