Liked: it's a nice place, great if you only want to sleep there. There is no place to meet other guests.And I don't like the fact that the staff came in our room and made up our bed. You can't leave nothing behind..(not that we did, but still)

Liked: The place was pretty clean. The only thing is missing is internet access. You have to go to another place in order to connect or answer mails. There are wifi available at the zone but there are many conections at 6£/hr or 50£ a day but is not anwar's property. You have Earl's Court Station only 2 blocks away and you can go anywhere from there. In our Twin room, there were a place to get a shower but no WC. Hope you enjoy your stay at Anwar Hostel!

Liked: The location is excellent, 2 Mins. from Earls Court. The staff is good. you have keys to your room as well as the main gate, so you can walk in & out independently. The wireless internet was working, although the signals were low in basement room. Although I was alone in this trip, this seems to be a good & safe hotel & location for family, add to it the price at which you are getting it.

Liked: Its a good location, many shops, restaurant and sainsbury's nearby. located near Underground station. Asked for the password for WiFi many times, but no reply. But, its quite ok to stay there with that kind of rate.

Liked: Friendly staff and good location. The bed was comfy and the room (private single ensuite) had everything I needed for my stay. However, the place is very dated and needs a good facelift!!! I'd recommend this hostel to single people or couples staying one or two nights in London. If you are travelling alone and looking to meet other travellers and make friends then do not stay here. There is no communal area and all rooms are self-contained. I'd also suggest getting off at Gloucester Rd tube station and walking down Cromwell road to find the hostel! Much easier than getting off at Earls court!

Liked: Anwar House is ok for a very short stay as it is located in a very convenient location and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. But I found the cleaning standards in the room I stayed rather low and the noise at times from neighboring rooms was unbearable.

Liked: The location. The house itself was beautiful but a bit shabby. Our room had a kitchen and a fridge which was very nice. Quite expensive I reckon. Location was great though.
