Liked: Good atmosphere. Nice hotel for good money.

Disliked: Far to the center of London. Low security, maids leave open rooms

Liked: We were in a newly renovated room.

Disliked: Location was very very bad. The staff were not very helpful. breakfast was not what I would consider continental breakfast. The cafe never opened.

Liked: I liked that there was a small pub in the hotel, which made it easy for my friends and me to have dinner without going to central London.

Disliked: I disliked that the bathtub was clogged.

Liked: The staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Disliked: 1. No porter, no internet in the rooms, no 24 hour kitchen service. 2. The bed which was given as double bed, was 2 beds joined together and it was not very comfortatble

Liked: Well... the hotel was ok....

Disliked: The floor, the noise, the dusty, the staff wasn't that friendly, it's about 1h from london, you need to get a bus and get a train to go to victoria. But worth for the money that i expended...

Liked: Reasonable price, good service, helpful staff.

Disliked: Small room (not exactly as pictures), lobby too noisy, wifi internet available only in the lobby, not in the rooms (and with the noise, it's very hard to make phone calls)

Liked: Shower/ensuite was good and clean, big bed how ever it is 2x king singles zipped together but comfortable. Nice little LCD TV. Bus stop is right out the front, if you want to get to the train station or the large Tesco store take buses 198 or 250 there and back again, they run about every 12 minutes or so. On the bad side the room was extremely hot and sticky due to summer and no air conditioning although they did supply us a fan on request. The floor boards are VERY noisy if you have people above moving around. The street noise is very loud if you have a room over looking it, always sirens :) Return rail tickets from Thornton Heath to Victoria station was 4.70 GBP, takes about 20/25 minutes. An Oyster card is handy to have for the buses. Breakfast is very basic made up of toast and jam or cereal with orange juice or tea/coffee, you can buy an english brekky but even that is not huge. Over all it is good value for your money.

Liked: Very good price for a clean and comfortable room. Would'nt advise a full weeks holiday from here, but ideal for weekends or a night away while visiting London
