Liked: very helpful staff , very convenient location , we were offered to use the kitchen bathroom after we have checked out

Disliked: well , a bit dated decor , did not feel very fresh & clean , but definatelly value for money .

Liked: Great location and very good price. I had a twin room with private bathroom and it was really nice, silent, clean, free tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, hair dryer, free towels, breakfast included, no charge for deposing your luggage. It's really worth to stay there!

Disliked: Elena left no negative feedback.

Liked: The location close to Victoria station was great.

Disliked: The property was not really clean...the blankets were worn and had stains on it, the shower was showing clear mildew and the hot water didn't work for the first two days (only on the third day) they did try to fix it promptly though. The internet also only worked on one day, I think they have to keep resetting the router. Staff was fine, nothing to rave about though.

Disliked: Chekout 10:30, rooms are too small, some rooms needs to repair, rooms are not in one building.

Liked: Very good location, very central.

Disliked: There was no hot water for two days and nobody gave any explanation or excuse. There was no adequate heating for the cold time of year. There was no internet access in the rooms, just in the breakfast room, which was unconfortable.

Liked: Nothing. It is in good location, that's all.

Disliked: It wasn't clean, the rooms can't be locked at all, the staff wasn't helpful, moreover, they were arrogant, made me feel stupid, and the web description totally altered from the reality.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and had nice private rooms. The sinks in the rooms were a nice addition since we didn't have an ensuite toilet/shower in our room. The breakfast service was the best part! The food was good, included, and came with really nice service.

Disliked: The showers were kind of grungy, and overall it was not the cleanest place I've stayed. However, it was convenient and mostly quite nice, so overall I'd recommend!

Liked: location not bad

Disliked: - window that would not close; broken lock; - view into the yard: dirt, gabadge, a lot of pigeons; - locks of the most doors very week and been forced, broken around; - looks like no extra penny will be spent for renovation and a fresher look; - loud en monotonious sound at night (like some defect generator?), not easy to discribe (because of hard rain pehaps)?

Liked: it was not too far a walk to the train and underground station.

Disliked: The beds were springy and unconfortable. The toilets were extremely small. The room was so tiny there was no place to even put our bags on the floor! There was alwiz an issue with the heater. The reception area was also not welcoming at all! it was so tiny that there was no place to stand inside with our bags!

Liked: Excellent location in a nice neighbourhood and very close to victoria station and center, small but clean and just renovated room. Breakfast ok. Great to have your own keys for the front door. There are different houses,we were in an other one but it was just a few houses further then the main hotel, it did'nt bother us at all.

Liked: It is good value for money. The staff is helpful and is interested in making your stay safe and comfy. Very good location. All in all, a very good hotel for a cheapo trip to London!

Disliked: The bathrooms would need some TLC and a lick of paint, but for the price they are charging it is still a very good choice. The walls are a bit too thin, but, again, this also happens in much more expensive hotels.

Liked: I liked the way it was situated. Room was clean and perfect for my purpose of one overnight stay. Had a lovely night sleep.

Disliked: Hotel is a little old and breakfast quite simple, but I think it's good qualitly for this price. My room was a little dark and close to the breakfast room and the stairs and voices made quite some noise, so I woke up quite early, but the toilet and shower were right next door.

Liked: Nice location in Victoria right behind the coach station. Nice area.

Disliked: The smell of dirty water that would come up from the bathroom WC and also the room was a bit crumbling. The walls of the room had scratched and carcked white paint, the windows had no secure on it, the ensuite toilet was extremely small, the shower was hot but the water from the shower head was not very strong so this means that is was difficult to have a decent shower.
