Liked: The only thing that this property has going for it is the fact that it is opposite King's Cross station and many attractions are within walking distance.

Liked: the hotel is verry good locatid only few steps from the kings kross underround stadion, but the hotel is NOT cleaned well, the walls in ouer room needed new paint and the wc showers are dirty and the on the top flor the wc was broken ;) we stayed for 5 nights , we sleeep well in room 45, this was the chepest hotel in all London and we come again if they paint and cleen the Hotel.best regards from nice ICELAND , Maggi and Ásta

Liked: There was no fluent water after the second day of our stay (guess not enough pressure for 3rd floor or whatever...)Room was quite small, but very clean with new IKEA furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful! The room was ok for sleeping, but not too clean. In the bathroom there was a terrible smell of mold, but luckily only in the bathroom and in the corridors (not in our room). The sealing of another bathroom was covered with mold.We had a good sleep on the second floor (5 nights), so although the street under the window is really busy, it didn't disturb our sleep.

Liked: If you don't want to stay in a hostel sharing eight or more to a room then this is as cheap a single as you'll find anywhere in London. I found the room suprisingly clean for the money, very basic but good value for London. Staff were very pleasant. Ideal for a night or two stay, if you're staying longer though take The Samaritans phone number with you. Lol

Liked: Incredibly helpful staff, but the hotel is in somewhat poor condition. Cleanliness is just ok. Considered piteous condition of some rooms we have seen (mould on walls, dripping water from conduit), we have spent here quite pleasant staying. Our previous room was immediately exchanged upon a request. Really, very friendly staff will exceed even your highest expectations. Well, this is not Hilton, but most definetely value for money. You get what you pay for.

Liked: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yes, in the means of transport it is directly opposite the train station....but walking a few extra blocks is worth it.The staff were rude and spoke only a little amount of english, the bathroom was disgusting to the point I was afraid to use it. The shower had the steaming hot pipes inside so we kept getting burnt oh and if your lucky enough to stay downstairs (as we did) the public street has a window view straight in. LOVELY I KNOW.The bedrooms are large with gross uncomfortable beds that squeak with the slightest of movements and all in all just don't stay here, it's for your own good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: What I like was the friendly staff and the location other than this there is no reason to stay there... The room has a bed and a mirror and nothing else, so if you only want a place to sleep it is pretty good :)
