Liked: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the descriptions and pictures of this hostel on hostelbookers were extremely accurate. had a shower in our room which we werent expecting, and the room was clean and tidy.We would definitely stay here again!!

Liked: location is great. it is just 1 minute to paddington tube and train station. if you flight to heathrow airport it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the hostel by heatrow express. there are losts of italian, indian, turkish restaurants around.

Liked: The staff were really really helpful and our room was spacious for 4 people, just like the picture. Double bed and two singles.

Liked: We appreciated having a sink and shower in the room as we thought we wouldn't have one. The shower was rubbish though so we didn't use it. Having a kettle in the room was also good. We didn't realise that the hostel included breakfast (maybe we didn't read the info properly?) so were really pleased with that! The hostel is in a great location and really easy to find.

Liked: Very kind personel. We forgot the mobile phone in the room and in 4 days they sent it to our home address. Very kind.

Liked: The room was lovely, really good location and staff were friendly. I really liked the breakfast sent to our room & it was a very good breakfast too. Excellent value for money, will definately be using again.

Liked: It's price is low for London, we had a double room with toilet and nice hot shower outside the room. We got towels, well working color TV and a key and could leave and come back when ever we wanted. I've seen non of the other rooms, don't know about that. The stuff (one very busy person) was nice and helpful, because of lack of space he serves a breakfast try to every room the time one wishes. He did daily room cleaning. The hotel's located very close to paddington station, very close to a post office, to a bank, to a supermarket, to everything.

Liked: The people working the reception area were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a blowdryer to use for the time were there because ours broke. They provided a nice, big breakfast for us in the morning.

Liked: Wonderful man at the front desk who was the epitome of friendliness and helpfulness! He works incredibly hard and always had a smile - highly recommended hostel and great value for money :)
