Liked: I had a nice experience and the staff was very accomodating. They are friendly and oriented to the needs of their guests. For instance, if something did not work properly, a solution would be found quickly.

Disliked: It seems the building is somewhat older and the installations are not always top of the mark.

Liked: The night staff is very kind and helpful. The area is safe. It is good for taking time to relax after a long flight. Pretty decent hotel

Disliked: Thin walls, and wifi didn't work.

Liked: good value. tired. good location for our venue. bed was clean but overall the place could do with a fresh lick of paint & a good spring clean.very quiet. our room overlooked the garden it was great to leave the window open all night and lay watching the sun rise. good shower. the distant trains could be annoying for longer than a couple of nights.nice street. polite & helpful chap on reception. excellent local taxi service called by reception. would use again if in the area.

Liked: the bed was very comfortable, I was aloud to take food into my room, and the shower was a good powerful spray. I could control my own heating as well which made all the difference. The young man running the place was a very pleasant person who I enjoyed talking to.
