Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location close to Gloucester Rd Underground and easy to get to all laces of interest in Central London.

Disliked: shower/ bathroom very small.

Liked: It was a great price for the quality. It was a little bit ways away from many London attractions but quite close to a tube stop so it wasn't really a problem

Disliked: No free wi-fi or breakfast.

Liked: Emplyees are very friendly, room is clean and new, very good shower and toilet.

Disliked: Everythings is good, but a litte bit far from city center, the room is quite small as well.

Liked: The location is wonderful. You can see the museums from your window and the tube station is very close. It's located in a residential area that is very quiet.

Disliked: Nothing in particular.

Liked: The location is very good and The staff is helpful

Disliked: The toilets and showers in the shared bedrooms are really tiny and showering gets The whole little room wet.

Liked: Location!

Disliked: The rooms were small, untidy and so were the "bathrooms"! Staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to help. Only the ones who worked there as volunteers were helpful, others looked as if they'd been eating lemons all day!

Liked: For a hostel this centrally located in London the Meininger hostel/hotel is quite nice and decently priced when compared to the other places i've previously stayed at. Reception was very helpful and nice, allowing me to store my luggage and use the facilities. The room was clean and well kept along with the shower/toilets. The location is fantastic, literally a 2-3min walk to Gloucster Rd tube and a little longer for South Kensington with the Natural History museum right outside the door it's definately a great area to be in.

Disliked: Free or cheaper wifi / internet would be greatly improve the stay. Basic kitchen facilities would be nice and larger lockers instead of having more than the beds in a room.

Liked: The cleanliness was immaculate. I felt in no way as dirty as I had staying at other London hostels.

Disliked: The bathroom in the 12 mixed was awful... LIke a plane bathroom with a shower squeezed in. Shame, because the room was awesome otherwise.

Liked: Very clean. Rooms were quite spacious and had ensuite bathrooms. Great location. Staff were helpful. Decent (albeit somewhat pricey) breakfast. Luggage storage pre-check in and post-check out is free!

Disliked: I actually really liked the bathrooms, but some of them had functionality issues related to lack of maintenance, e.g. - a shower knob that needed to be forced in while turning; - a door that wouldn't lock without pushing it in; - a shower that didn't drain properly. Apart from the last example, the facilities still worked just fine - it just took some trial and error to figure out how to use them.

Liked: The room is quite clean and bright. I like the cafe area very much, sitting there watching TV. The staff there is very helpful. I ask them for hot water to drink and they offer it for free.

Disliked: I found there were only two jack fields in our room and there were 8 of us waiting to charge the battery. Toilet is a little small and sometimes I knock myself when turning around. The location is OK, but a little far from King's Cross.

Liked: The position of the property was great, it was clean and fresh. It really exceeded my expectations in all way and the people i shared my room with was so great a even went out with them. I truly will come back here again!

Disliked: I could not find anyplace to cook or keep my food, i wish there was a refrigerator...

Liked: Everything. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. No hidden costs. The breakfast was excellent value for money. Bathroom/shower immaculate, even though shared, it was cleaned every day. Good security system, key swipe works beautifully. I liked everything about this place.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: environment is quiet. it is located near to some museums and underground

Disliked: there are not night lights provided in the dorm. it makes some difficulties to some travelers who come back at mid night. it disturbs other travelers when main light is opened.

Liked: I like the security and the location of the hostel. The place is quite nice and the sheets are clean enough.

Disliked: they made us change from room to room. This ruined our stay in London.
