Liked: Location

Disliked: The shower was extremely small - far too small for an adult and more suitable for a small child. Room extremely stuffy with no adequate venitlation. Breakfast was just cereal and toast - I expected more variety.

Liked: Great huge rooms and helpful staff. Also had a TV. Affordable.

Disliked: Really far away from everything except the airport. About a 1.15 hour commute to get anywhere central.

Liked: my son and i stay on a regular basis it is well worth the money its clean and warm there is always plenty of hot water after a days work ,the staff will always help if you have a problem and for the small amount of money that is charged you get a breakfast and room cleaning everyday so all in all its a good place to stay thank you channins and staff

Liked: Clean, tv, breakfast was cereal, toast & jelly, coffee/tea or juice. People were friendly.

Disliked: Not much of assistance for entertainment. Their computer was down. Main room is in front of check in desk - no privacy.

Liked: we have stayed here many many times and we have been accomodated very well, however

Disliked: this time when we stayed we were put in an annexe and it was filthyand damp the toilets and bathroom were very very dirty the bedding was also damp and dirty so we had an awful nite we slept in our clothes ,when we comlained we were told it was the hostelbookers fault as they had over booked so that is why we were put in the annexe but still did,nt explain why it was so dirty so i,m sorry channins you failed dreadfully this time as we usually have a good stay

Disliked: See above - most important for me was the fact that I felt far from secure during the night - probably because I had no idea where I was actually staying!

Liked: Clean, spacious room and good continental breakfast.

Disliked: Location wasn't what we thought... train to city was fine, but tube is REALLY not close! Beware if the hotel books you a taxi - it was an unmarked "taxi" car with a driver who had no personal card and tried to charge us £5 more than the hotel had told us. I'd recommend booking your own.

Liked: good place for a quick airport stopover. i got there my the underground, and a taxi from the station was only 7 pounds. to get back to the airport is very easy by bus, which is less than 50m from the hostel. buses run 24hr for terminal 1,2,3 and from 3am-1am to terminals 4 and 5. the staff were not overly friendly but it was a comfortable bed for one night, and quite good value for money. also the breakfast says it start at 8am, but when i was there all the breakfast stuff was available when i left at 5am

Liked: this is an excellent place to stay very very good value for money and as long as i work in london myself and my son will stay here ,the staff are second to none ,they are friendly and helpfull , lots of parking space ,warm room ,and plenty of hot water, thx to all the staff for another good stay

Liked: Very cosy and nice! Old fashioned house with a lot of charm! The room was very nice with your own bathroom.Breakfast was ok, simple but good. Staff was very helpfull and serviceminded , always had a smile for you.
