Liked: over all it was good

Disliked: commode very average cannot explain but manageable. there's no room service you will have to collect lunch or dinner from restaurant

Liked: Well placed for a trip into London city centre and for getting onto the motorway system to continue our journey to visit friends. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money was excellent, a very good breakfast was included in the price. We also had a light lunch and the food was tasty, served promptly and was reasonably priced.

Disliked: The room we had was a smoking room prior to the days when smoking bans came in and thus on initially entering the room it smelt of stale smoke, I would immagie that the carpets and furnishings would have to be got rid of in order to solve this problem. Once we had been in the room a few minutes we didn't notice the smell. We could hear the planes from about 6.30am but they werent too bad.

Liked: Rates are good for what you get :) Excellent breakfast. Bit far away from main areas of London.. Otherwise, good for a night's stay for a flight the next day at Heathrow airport.

Disliked: Wireless didn't work when we repeatedly tried to connect it. Otherwise, no complaints :)

Liked: My room (private en suite) was clean, neat and good value

Disliked: the staff on that checked me in on the 15th. It may be a long day already for her but the travelers deserve some respect and patience

Liked: Very helpful and kind night concierge – he helped with everything from cab to iPhone charger in very nice way, at 2am.

Disliked: Everything should have been renovated 20 years ago. It is a cheap place to stay, and the furniture reflects that.
