Liked: It was good, tidy people an tha, good atmosphere, nice and quiet, nothing bad at all really except for one major thing

Disliked: it's so far away! central is like 3 miles from bankhall, so unless you have money... we had to walk twice, one time the police gave us a lift and the other we just walked, it's not too bad but pretty far and through a rough area.

Liked: The hotel is really comfy. You feel like being at home. You can find a lot of facilities as a kitchen where you can cook to you, a living room with TV (with Sky), free computers and free WIFI, a nice game room with a pool and table tennis in there, etc. The room was warm and quiet. All is clean. You have the train station really close (2 min. walking), and they offer to you a taxi service with really good prices. The staff was great. It was helpful and kind. Happy to stay there. Absolutely recommended.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable Entire hostel was clean Wifi Tvs in our room Kitchen facilities were great with heaps of room. Plus brekkie was provided b Games room kept us occupied Lounge/dining room was excellent and comfy

Disliked: Not in the town centre. But only 10-15 minutes away by trains which run frequently.

Liked: Kitchen set up is great. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron - everything you need! Toilets & Showers very clean.

Disliked: It's not near much - but the train is 1 minute from the door so pretty easy to get into town (or it's only £5 in a cab!)

Liked: the staff is very friendly and helpful. the facilities are superb with spacious living area and well equipped kitchen.

Disliked: the location is a bit off of the city center though the metro station (Hallbank Station) is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Liked: The hotel is in a quiet area which is good for sleeping. We found the beds to be comfortable which is the main thing. The hotel is 100 metres from Sandhills station which is 1 stop from the city centre. It has free internet access. The breakfasts are great they really set us up for the day. The staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpfull. One personal favorite thing is that I can see the roof of Liverpool's Centenary stand from the window of the living room

Disliked: No good pubs nearby. Not easy to find.

Liked: Close to city centrum. This is simple what man needs, nothing more, nothing less. Caffe for breakfest opened for long sleepers. Kitchen for selfmades. Internet on Lounge.

Disliked: Company across street, working since eight o´clock.

Liked: il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, sembrava di stare a casa prorpia! sala con pc e internet a disposizione sempre, cucina con colazione sempre a disposizione.. siamo arrivati alle 10 del mattino e ci ha accolto tranquillamente... non sembrava neanche di essere in un albergo, ma a casa!

Disliked: the area looked like very dangerous, in spite of the place is just from one block from the train station and there is a bad smell where there is carpet there...i think the place is too closed and the sun doesn't come in to the place...

Liked: The place is great and the sfaff were really helpfull. . . The games room and the lounge was really helpfull and fun.The use of the kitchen also came in very helpfull.The crack was good and the other guests were very nice too. I would recomend my friends to come here and i sure will be back.Great value for money.

Disliked: People complain about its bad location. but for me it wasent a bother at all . . IT was 3 pound on a train to get into town and back everyday but that price also includes your travel on any of the buses how many times u want in 1 day. . And the taxis were also cheap enough so the location wasnt really a turn off for us.

Liked: Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel safe and secure and also has a lot of facilities on offer to people staying e.g. pool table, internet etc.

Disliked: Location was not the greatest as it was in industrial area but this was not a big deal because bank hall train station was two minutes walk away from hotel and taxis back late at night from the centre of the city were around five pound. Property itself was perfect.

Liked: This is great for me and my friends it has everything for rest and to have fun.We sleept in london in a hotel and in Lakes district in a Bed and Breakfast but this hostel is better than this other two.The people who work here is very helpful and always happy .

Liked: The manager John, was so friendly and helpful - it was really nice to just sit and chat with him. The place was close to the train stop and very easy to get to. I was amazed at what the place offered as far as amenities. It included breakfast, a tv in the room, free laundry facilities, our own personal refrigerator to use, a great lounge area and game room, we never once had to wait for the shared bathrooms or shower facilites. It was our best place in all of the places we stayed throughout Europe on our trip.
