Liked: Price,room tv & breakfast

Disliked: The outside looked decidedly shabby but inside it was quite nice & reception rang to ask if the room was ok after about 5 mins.Breakfast was plentiful too.

Liked: The staff were friendly enough and helpful when I did ask anything. The room was standard and had what I needed, though there was no fridge, which was quite annoying as I stayed for a couple of days and this would have been useful.

Disliked: I made a complaint on the first night that my wardrobe door was coming off (almost entirely fell off when I opened it) and that I wasn't convinced my door was locking properly - they said they would send someone (didn't say when) but no-one came to check that night or indeed the whole time I stayed there. The cleanliness was average but could have been better, and breakfast was basic to say the least. Despite my stay being alright, it was a shame that the hotel lacked any atmosphere and was a little out of the way in terms of the town centre and university.

Liked: it was what you paid for. great hotel for the price it was but having to pay for parking without even so much as a discount was a light downfall. smelt a bit odd but it was generally pretty clean and right in the centre of town

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: They bring a new meaning to the word dirty i don`t mind a little dust , soap scum in the bathroom, or dated decor but having blood stains on one end of the bed base and FAECES at the other end it was a bit to much for even me it's a good thing my wife didn`t spot the chunk of poo until we were about to leave as I think it may sent her over the edge
