Liked: This was the only property available in the Leeds area. The price was right.
Disliked: It is a hassle to get to Leeds from Morley: I took a taxi and then a local train, which took almost an hour. When I got to the hotel, the card machine wasn't working, so I didn't even get a receipt. The front desk clerk also said reservations were supposed to be paid in full before arrival, so my room wasn't guaranteed, (even though I had reserved through hostelbookers). The room had been cleaned, but the bathroom was covered in black mold and the room felt damp. It was also very noisy.

Liked: Really good breakfast and well decorated.
Disliked: It's a 45 minute bus ride from Leeds. To put it into perspective - Manchester is only an hour away. As far as I'm concerned (and any other backpacker) this is not Leeds. I would have been better to stay in Manchester and make a day trip since buses are infrequent and stop running early. Made me have to leave Leeds fest WAY before it was over. If you can't find anywhere else to stay in Leeds, don't be fooled by this place. It's barely in Leeds. It should not be on a backpacker website since it's nowhere near a bus or train station. They also lost my reservation and I was charged an extra 8 pounds higher than the stated rate. Find another place if you are a backpacker.

Liked: My room was clean and tidy and I was pleased to have a double bed even though it was a single booking. . En suite was to a good standard. Room facilities very good including ironing board, iron and even hair straighteners!TV could do with having more than the basic 5 channels though.
Disliked: judith left no negative feedback.
