Liked: Hotel staff were friendly

Disliked: The hotel is in a great location if you have a car or catching the train, but not so great for exploring the city as it takes awhile to walk into the main shopping district. We found that everything was clean and sufficient for our stay, but there was not much of an atmosphere, and breakfast, internet etc were all at an extra cost.

Liked: Very clean and good size rooms, comfy beds and helpful staff. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends. Easy access to the city and short taxi ride to the University campus.

Disliked: The dining area was a little too dark perhaps some table lighting for dinner time would be more inviting/ music /tv. It was a little further from the University Campus than we had thought , but taxi service very fast and easy.

Liked: very good value, very clean, comfortable and close to the train station. stayed during the Leeds festival and was ideal, glad of the 12pm check out! :) i would recomend this

Liked: Very wonderful and nice place for spend nice time with friends. Good staff, good location, everything was in the best order. I recommend this place for everybody, for official meeting, and for private holidays.

Liked: It was cheap and central, and the staff were friendly and efficient. (Although it was actually VERY basic; - we did not appreciate the small towels; one tiny one each, no biscuits and very limited beverage supplies. Giving a very little here would upgrade such a lot!)

Liked: The hotel provided a safe, warm and inviting environment for such a quick stay. Wonderful staff, neat and functional rooms to stay in and a friendly taxi-call on departure. What else could you ask for?

Liked: Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful when we wanted to change rooms (i was staying with a male friend and they automatically booked us into a double room, we changed to a twin room with no problems!)
