Liked: We were very disappointed in the room when we found a used condom hanging from the smoke detector. The gentleman on night duty gave us another room straight away, but it meant we had to pack all our room up (at 1.30am) and move to the next floor. We had no help to do this and we were not offered any compensation.

Liked: Very nice, spacious and clean room. Quite big bathroom cleaned everyday. I would go back there again and would reccommend it! A bit akward the reception on the 3rd floor...Friendly staff! A+++

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful - we turned up at 8am and they found us another room so we could check in early

Liked: Great location (right next to a carpark where you can stay overnight). Private single ensuite was spacious and worth it, although depending on what room you're in, it may be noisy due to people in the hallway.

Liked: Our room looked like it needed a good clean but this hotel was fantastic value for money so I would recommend it to anyone on a budget! The owner was lovely - friendly and helpful.
