Liked: very friendly breakfast staff, but not well received at reception, therefore only 'average' rating for 'friendliness and helpfulness of the staff'; well sited for local public transport; clean and spacious rooms; lots of fresh towels every day; tasty breakfast
Disliked: no breakfast after 8:30 on weekdays while off-peak ticket is valid from 9:30 only

Liked: Rooms were clean. All necessary facilities for a one night stay. Great value for money.

Liked: Well located in Ilford, although initially difficult to find due to changes not updated in the directions given on the website. Close enough to stroll to the Ilford station and there's plenty of places to get something to eat. Decent enough for short stayClean towels daily.
Disliked: Beddings never changed daily(hopefully it was changed before my arrival). ?Bed bugs - found blanket and bedding REALLY itchy. Still have the bites to prove it! If the above issues are improved significantly, I will, only then, consider a revisit.

Liked: HiMe and my family were not sure about facilities when we bookedand were thinking that we did mistake but when we were at hosteland stayed there so we were glad for the service what we paid.In future we would like to stay there again when visit London.
