Liked: Very close to the beach, the pier, and the city center.

Disliked: My room was a little small and not exactly flash, but it was in a great location and affordable so that didn't bother me at all.

Liked: This is a hotel, not a hostel. The price tag says it all.However, if you want to splurge a bit this is a great place to do it.The location is unbeatable, and the rooms are brilliant, especially having a sea-view.It is expensive, and there are cheaper options, but if you have the money to spend, consider it.

Liked: A lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms with comfy beds and a fantastic sea view (if you pay for it). Breakfast was tasty (although get in early as it gets busy at weekends) and the location was perfect - the bottom of West Street and right on the beach. A bit more pricey than the average budget hotel, but very much worth the money.

Liked: Very good if you're using it as a base, becuase it is right on the sea front and close to the centre. A little noisy if your room is on the main road as you hear all of the clubbers coming home at 2am, so if you're a light sleeper ask for a different room. The room was very basic and comfortable but you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in it as there isn't even freeview so you only have a choice of 5 channels.
