Liked: this hotel is at a great location in between the town centre and the beach, so its a perfect place. Also we had more people staying and had lots of fun with them at the bar..

Liked: Nice and clean rooms, however bathroom could be cleaner

Disliked: Water wasn't flowing properly in the batheroom. Also, the walls in the room are not thick enough and therefore could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring guests.

Liked: get what you pay for, staff are friendly and location is good. rooms were nothing special but clean and thats all we needed so was just fine for us.

Liked: Location was fairly good, nice up on the cliff, but the room had a thick layer of dust on the curtains, even the bedside table! Very dated, all furniture broken - no handles on drawers - that sort of thing. Bathroom not too bad, but no bin (weird) and just a hand held shower. No attention to fairly basic details - kettle plug missing, no spoons provided for tea making facilities and tea bags looked old and disgusting. Even a staunch tea drinker passed them up. On last day only option was to leave luggage in an open lounge area - not secure. You get what you pay for, and Bournemouth seems to be pretty expensive but I recommend spending an etra £10 to find somewhere nicer! Final note - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, lift broken, up on the 3rd floor through a maze of doors and stairwells - would be no chance of getting out in a fire!
