M55 leave at Junction 4 A583 for Blackpool North
3rd Exit from Roundabout onto A583 Preston New Road
Shell Garage on right and windmill on left.
Preston New Road carries on for approximately 2 miles
At the CSL showrooms the Road Number and Name changes to B5390 Park Road.
Keep on the same road for all the way to 'The Marston Guest House'
At the fourth set of traffic lights you should see Blackpool College on your right and St John Ambulance adjacent.
'The Marston Guest House' is on the right 60 yards before the next traffic lights.
Take care not to go through the next set of lights or you will be in the Town Centre one-way system.

In front of you to the right there is a ramp up to Talbot Road
Cross Talbot Road turn right and then first left onto Cookson Street
Walk to the end of Cookson Street to Church Street
Cross Church Street turn left and first right onto Park Road
