Liked: I enjoyed the bed and the heating

Disliked: i didn't enjoy the lack of hot water, the night i arrived i sat shrivelled underneath this water which was a couple of steps below luke warm waiting for it to heat up, the heat never came. i tried to give it another shot in the morning however to the same result.

Liked: Very friendly welcome, very clean rooms, close to bus station so easy to go to the city center. Worth his price for sure!

Liked: Although this is a budget hotel I have paid alot more for places that are alot worse! It is clean, tidy, very quiet and very convenient. From now on I will be staying here if I need to stay over in the city centre, and I will be recommending this place to my friends. Also, a single 30 year-old female I felt quite safe and secure at this venue. All-in-all great value for money!

Disliked: As my trip was short-notice I did not have time to grab shower gel and toothpaste, which would have been helpful, but there is a Tesco Express very nearby, so no problem really.

Liked: close to the main road with very good bus services to Birmingham town centre

Disliked: dirty, dirty and dirty again... room floor was not hovered, room smeled of smoke but was advertised as smoke free, radiator in the room was covered with fluid marks, carpet was coverd in dirty brown stain marks and has not been cleaned for ages, the coridors were smeling of washing facilities that were on the premises

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: From the outside it looks like an abandoned haunted house and the inside isnt much better. The initial member of staff we were dealing with was really nice and helpful and sorted out rooms after the reservation wasnt there but the card machine wasnt working. The following morning we needed to sort out payement and dealt with a different staff member and he was just completely rude, as if it was our fault that THERE machine didnt work. Just couldnt wait to get out of there!!!!

Liked: A little bit grubby looking on the outside, but does what it says on the tine! Cheap accommodation! Staff were polite and very helpful, shower was great! Would stay again if I was staying in the area!

Disliked: A little close to a busy main road, but not a major problem

Liked: It is OK place for one night to sleep over. There's nothing special about this hotel but the rooms are clean, also beds are clean and comfortable.

Liked: It was safe- they've got a lot of cameras around and inside the building. It was also clean enough, just the carpet in my room was a bit smelly. I have also seen them doing renovation work and hope they'll make sure towel and toilet paper hangers are properly fitted. Other then that it is a value for money- mattress was comfortable, it was very warm too. Location is good- wasn't too difficult to find and is not far from city center.

Liked: I liked the bed and matress, very important for me. I felt that it was a very good price for what you got. I had wished for a bedside lamp, but.....u get what u pay for and i was happy, i would stay there again.

Liked: This small hotel has the most comfortable bed. Although basic it is excellent value as a short stay accommodation Ideal location for central Birmingham and elsewhere Bus stop a 2min walk
