LOcation is brilliant, rooms are perfect, very clean, staff is really nice and helpful, and the rooftop with breakfast is excellent. I would always go there again , when in Luxor.

We've got all the services you need; our philosophy is to provide a friendly service and spotlessly clean rooms at budget prices, so you can relax in comfort at the end of a long day.
Happy land hotel is the only budget hotel in all Luxor that has been recommended by all the guide books such as:
Lonely Planet –RISE KNOW HOW (German guide)-Lets Go Guide Book –ROUGH GUIDES-LE GUIDE DU ROUTARD (French).follow me (Korean book) and in Japanese too.
Everyday you get fresh toilet paper, shampoo or soap and our fantastic breakfast (freshly baked bread, jam and cheese, a big omelet, cornflakes with cold milk not powder, fresh fruit and a cup of tea) on our rooftop area.

And all of this just 11 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the bus station and Airport. (Our hotel is located in the heart of Luxor) (English time)
Other services available include a rooftop (restaurant) chill-out area (enjoy your favorite drink with your choice from our menu), icy cold drinks, satellite TV (international news and movies) and hot water 24 hours a day.
