Liked: Location is good, next to the beach and main shopping street. This street is full of touristic shops though, and the salesmen are pretty aggressive.

Liked: Location, if you want to be in Hurghada, where all the ordinary package tourists are.

Disliked: It was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed, even in laos the guesthouses were cleaner. They completely ignored our reservation with hostelbookers and told us they were full, after arguing because it was at night and peak season in Hurghada (so we needed a place to sleep) they gave us a room which was already reserved... The breakfast was bad and they obviously never clean your room, really dirty bathroom, bring your own towel, I doubt that the ones they give you have ever been washed. Really loud music until late from the pool.

Liked: nothing - it was just terrible - it was old and nasty, terrible roms, really dirty and the color is coming from the wall, we asked for another room but they said that all other rooms are out of order - no wonder!!!, we decided to leave as it was very disgusting!the pol was very dirty and noone used it - the area was completely empty - sunbeds and cover really dirty and old - never ever stay there !!!!

Liked: Good location on the main strip, beach section directly opposite, rooms are nice but bathrooms could do with some work! Staff were really nice, willing to help us book our ferry and packed us a takeaway breakfast when we checked out at 2am. One of the bar men has a penchant for playing Celine Dion really loudly from the pool, but if you ask him very nicely he will change it for you! Breakfast wasnt very nice, catered for russian tastes. No other young travelling couples, mainly russian families.

Liked: the towels had an awful odor --dried but not washed ?-- the breakfast was very low in quality , the whole hotel was kind of abandoned. i would NOT recommend the hurghada moon valley to anyone !!!!!!

Liked: First impressions of hotel were ok: it has a swiming pool and nice garden, and breakfst was very good, lot of choise, exept the cleansiness the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom too. I had to insist to get clean sheets and had to put them myself because the cleaning man did not work that late.But the worse thing was when we left our bag with passport and money at the terace for 2 minutes and the waiter steal the bag.We start to act in the second and search the kitchen so he didnt have much time to hide the bag, and we sow him from the window when he throw the bag at the back of the building. We find the passport and later he give us a money. We were lucky to find it only because we were acting so quick. No real help from stuff and manager, specialy no help from tourist police. They were all laughing to us trying to get us off from the waiter and the kitchen.So if you decide to go there WATCH YOUR THINGS VERY CARFULLY, and DONT EXPECT MUCH HELP FROM THEM.
