Liked: Positive: Has a nice bar and a restaurant. Good location and clean room. Negative: Paid for a so called deluxe room and got an ordinary room on the sixth floor without a working elevator. Lots of moscitos and noisy. Wifi only in the lobby and only one computer for more than 50 rooms.

Liked: This is an old building with lots of character - but offers a great bar and real genuine Egyptian hospitality - I highly recommend it!

Liked: It's location is quite good, close to the subway Ataba, the busiest July 26th street, and also in the walking distance to khan al khalili.But the hotel is quite old, so you can imagine the facility and the room.

Liked: This is easily the best budget hotel in Cairo - the staff and atmosphere make it an experience in itself and it remains hassle free and laid-back, with everything anyone would need - including an awesome bar!
