Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the airline had lost our luggage and the staff tried to help re-locate it.

Liked: We really enjoy to stay at Arabesque Hotel, because staff were so friendly. They were superb with us. Also, the location of the hotel is quite good.
