Liked: Location very good. They provided bottled water, soap, and shampoo in abundance. Staff tried their best to be helpful.

Disliked: Carpet in room was disgusting. I can´t speak for all rooms but mine was VERY cramped. Terrible view from the window (inside).

Liked: The location is superb, and the rooms - while dated - are clean and comfortable. The view from the Restaurant Panoramica can't be beaten.

Liked: This was a great place. It's quiet and very comfortable. It's right off a historic square and you can see the church, plaza, a statue of Antonio José de Sucre, and the Virgin of Quito from right out the window of the restaurant (with free breakfast). The rooms were good sized and the bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very good, they had a very secure lock box and were willing to hold our luggage for the day before we flew out in the evening. We decided to return for on last night there because we liked it so much.
