Liked: Pefect location for New Year's Eve!

Disliked: Staff misplaced our reservation and only had a reservation for one person (single room) instead of clearly marked and printed hostelbooker reservation for a double room. Rather than be nice about it and accommodate us with an alternate option/discount, they insisted it was our fault. After long consideration and a phone call with the owner, they finally managed to grant us two single rooms but they should have taken responsibility for their mistake much earlier.

Liked: The people who run it are great. We enjoyed the location, the garden area, and the cozy atmosphere. We understand they are doing some renovations to make it even better.

Disliked: The room was a bit small and a tiny bath, but it was just redone nicely and clean. The actual price was a bit higher than Hostelbookers stated, but they honored our deposit with Hostelbookers.

Liked: Staff overwhelming nice and go way out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay in the hotel and a good vacation experience in Ecuador. Hlaina, hotel manager, unfailingly knowledgable and generous of spirit.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: It is a lovely hotel! with great central location, super helpful English speaking staff, very clean & very safe, many facilities: free WIFI, breakfast, luggage room, computer with internet for guests, safe, cheap transfers from the airport, nice garden and cozy common room with chimeney.

Disliked: James left no negative feedback.
