Liked: It was cheep and the location is good. A basic cheap hotel with really nothing more to offer than a place to sleep.

Disliked: Room and the toilet was not so clean. Ac was not working properly. Staffs english was poor.

Liked: If you want to check out the nightlife in Santo Domingo and you don't care about comfort, this is the perfect place to stay. The location is central and you can't sleep anyways because of the noise. The facilities are not in good condition, but the rooms have air condition and the staff is helpfull. If you plan on activities in the daytime you should stay in another place.

Liked: The staff were really helpful and friendly with a overwhelming urge to assist. Even when we missed a bus and turned up unannounced to ask for a room, they remembered us and quickly made up a room. For a basic, clean room with air conditioning you can't complain!

Liked: Exactly what we were after - it's not going to win any awards for charm or luxury, but you can't beat the central location in La Zona Colonial. Perfect for one or two nights

Liked: The location is great, the staff are very kind and helpful and speak multiple languages, and they offer free laundry service which is really nice if you've been traveling.

Liked: The location and the price are the main features of the hostel. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Unlike most hostels in the DR, they actually remembered our reservation just by the name so that was welcoming.
