Liked: A little expensive for one night but for a longer stay it is perfect. They also didn't require one of these silly hostel cards which was great.

Liked: Very good apartments... There are refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster etc... near a very good supermarket. Not so far from city center.

Disliked: If you are with friends, perfect... else not so good! there is not a good "hostel" magnetosphere...

Liked: friendly staff, quiet street, very comfy beds, breakfast was good to be called "continental", had it every day, easy to get to city center be metro or foot (10-15 min.).

Disliked: the internet connection was pretty bad, so it should have been for free.. the water pressure in the showers is not like at home...

Liked: We upgraded from a shared twin private to a flat with a kitchen for about 15% more. Wifi was added to the charge, a large initial amount and then minor daily amounts. Staff very friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast buffet bar extra, and fairly decent offerings, including salami, lunchmeats, cereals, coffee/tea/yogurt/milk/juices, a variety of breads, and others. 2 blocks to Metro, water walkway, a shopping center. COLD in Wintertime for Denmark, however, and not much around for visiting. Easy walk to Tivoli Park, and central Copenhagen, but a bit further for historical Nyhavn.

Disliked: Full breakfast is a bit pricey, but still not bad for the amount. Flats are not in same building and there is no connecting phone to talk to reception desk if there is a problem. Shower curtain was mildewed, but it was changed out immediately when I asked. Vacuum cleaning and floor sweeping sporadic.

Liked: The staff is very helpfull. Is near downtown.

Disliked: We think the room would be bigger. It looks small for three. But for sleep is enough, because it have nice beds.

Liked: Good location (about 10 minute walk to Tivoli/Stroget), clean room, friendly and efficient staff...it's also relatively cheap for Copenhagen.

Disliked: The room was tiny for a supposed triple room and the only toilet on our floor was broken for two of our three days there.

Liked: Conveniently located near to supermarket and subway train station.

Disliked: Some noisy neighbour, but they stop singing after 12pm.

Liked: Peaceful. The room was small for three but enough for one night.

Disliked: The adwice how to come by bus to the hostel was not very good. It was hard to find the correct bus.

Liked: The staff were very very helpful!! The location was quite central.

Disliked: There was faeces on the floor of the bathroom when we got up one morning. This was disgusting and made us feel sick about staying there. The rooms were tiny, the beds uncomfortable, there were not enough showers/toilets for each floor and one of the showers leaked water all over the floor.

Liked: Very friendly, helpful staff. Good quiet location, close to the city centre.

Disliked: The walls seemed fairly thin - could hear people walking past and taking showers etc quite clearly.

Liked: The location is the best. Around the corner you have bakery, in the alley behind the hotel there is a Supermarket, all around there are shops and restaurants the walk to the city center is around 30/45 minutes. Walk(!) or just use a bike to get around because everything is so near. For seeing a little mermaid use a river bus it's the best solution. The girls in the reception was very charming, friendly and helpful.

Disliked: When you get to the hotel you are happy with the reception and how it looks, but when you go to the rooms the cleanliness could be much better, also the room.

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful! The hostel is member in an organization for environemtal friendly hotels.

Disliked: It was rather expensive. The beds were not clean and there were hairs all over the sheets. The rooms and showers were rather old and therefore looked used, but overall clean. We did not meet any other guests. The hostel looked so different on its website. It was a 15 minutes walk from the city center.

Liked: It was very nice, clean and helpful. It was a very comfortable place to stay and a good location for where we wanted to go.

Disliked: The only thing was that it was more expensive than I really expected.
