Liked: It is close to the airport, and both the train- and metrostation is close.

Disliked: I found it noisy. And because some people come and leave in the middle of the night, it is hard to have a good sleep.

Liked: Situated between the city center and the airport, 1-1 stop by train.

Disliked: Luggage locker room not managed by stuff, keycard accessible by anyone who asks for it.

Liked: I really liked the wonderful breakfast, the friendly, helpful staff and the availability of great internet connection on the ground floor.

Disliked: Their Wi-Fi was very weak in the rooms so I had to keep coming down to use their computers.

Liked: Situated between the airport and the central station (1-1 stop by train).

Disliked: There is a luggage locker in the basement, but there's no dedicated stuff member to deal with it. The keycard is given to anyone.

Liked: Helpful staff, the reception is constantly busy, so be patient when asking for help.

Disliked: wifi doesn't work on mobile devices & computers in the lobby could not connect to internet

Liked: Its a good value for money for Copenhagen standards, the place is new and modern and the room quite OK, and its very clean..

Disliked: there arent enough people on the reception,so its almost impossible to get any help from the stuff without waiting for some time.

Liked: Free internet

Disliked: The mouse poohs on the towels; The receptionist unable to find the booking; Staff had no knowledge of the area (unable to get food anywhere late at night); Booked a double room and ended up with bunk beds!

Liked: Because this hotel is partly under construction yet, there are some inconveniences there, not in the room itself of course. The room was good.
