Liked: The location is fantastic right next to the main train station. Its clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Good value for money. We enjoyed our stay!

Disliked: Only down side shared bathroom and toilets

Liked: The hotel was just around the corner from the central station and from one of the main streets of Copenhagen. The hotel has a twenty four reception so there was no issue coming back late at night. It was fully booked while our group stayed but there were no issues with loud noise or misbehaviour. The breakfast was well stocked a good range of food, everyone in our group was impressed with the food.

Disliked: Having to use the communal toilet and showers, although it was not a big issue as we knew what to expect when we booked the hotel.

Liked: Staff r very helpful n friendly. Breakfast was great apart from no warm milk n toaster. Location was wonderful just less than 1min from the central station I should say. Great value! Defi recommend it!

Disliked: Toilet shows a bit aged n the side of the bed against the wall is a bit dusty but overall I was v pleased during my stay.

Liked: The hotel is located 2 minutes from the central station. In contrast to other commenters, I did not have the impression that the hotel is in the middle of the red light district. Breakfast (until 10:30) was good for a 2-star hotel. The luggage room seemed especially safe (only accessible with a key from the reception).

Disliked: The room was a little bit smelly and badly soundproofed.

Liked: It was absolutely fantastic. So central and convenient for all the local sites. The staff were happy to help, book taxis and recommend places.

Liked: Very close to the main train station (and Tivoli, which is awesome), and the rooms actually have big windows! Rooms were very clean, and includes free linen and clean towels. We were also able to rent bicycles from the hostel for a small fee, which made travel around Copenhagen much easier!

Disliked: Not enough bathrooms per floor, especially when the hostyel is fully booked it must be a problem. Luckily we were there over a more quiet time, so it wasn't too bad...

Liked: Good location and safe

Disliked: Really dirty bathrooms, blocked toilets and shower drains. Showers did not have much water pressure. Breakfast buffet range was very limited.

Liked: There was a problem with my debit card which changed after I had made the booking. When we arrived They had cancelled the booking as I they had been unable to contact me before the stay. However they made considerable efforts to accommodate us and to fit our requirements. We really appreciated their efforts and we were transferred to another room of the specifcations we requested. Thank you so much

Liked: Having read earlier reviews, I have to say was quote apprehensive about taking a group of scouts here. But, just ignore the negative reviews, because although in a red light area, the hotel/ hostel itself was excellent value for money. we felt very safe whilst there and even travelling to and from the station, which is literally 2 mins away, was ok. Yes there were the occasional episodes of 'crime watch copenhagen' ! but still Didn't feel threatened by this in fact The boys Thought it was great to see from the safety of their bedrooms. !!!The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way for our comfort. breakfast was great, cereLs, Danish pastries, variety of bread/rolls, ham,cheese etc. great to feed hungry mouths. Well done Saga hotel, I would definitely recommend.

Disliked: Could really do with a lift, long way up to fourth floor!

Liked: Very friendly, multilingual staff. Clean and cozy room, good breakfast. Right next to mainstation, downtown close at hand and a variety of vegan-friendly asian restaurants right around the corner.

Disliked: Our room was right next to the staircase and you would hear people walk up and down constantly. Also, it's not the area to be for children, we met prostitutes and dealers on the street but didn't bother us, didn't seem to be dangerous.
