Liked: Clean and tidy. Good location. Safe and secure.

Disliked: Rooms were very small, although still ok if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. Very loud overnight with windows open as there a nightclubs and things nearby.

Disliked: The upper deck bed is not so easy to reach. There is potential danger of rolling down from the upper bed during sleep.

Liked: Cabinn Århus is a hotel that offers some hostel-type facilities. I stayed in a private room which was reminiscent of a ship's cabin aka very small (the bed was tiny! And I AM tiny!) However, the sheets were clean, there is a TV in the room, there's free tea/coffee provided and a nice hot shower. Location was good/easy to find, but Århus is really not that big, anything would be central. Value for money- hmmm, this is Scandinavia so given that fact, it was OK.

Liked: The location was excellent and the whole hotel had a great feel to it - big, clean, safe, and comfortable. The rooms were very small - really reminiscent of a ship cabin! - but not in a bad way, it actually felt pretty cosy. The only complaint I have is that i couldn't figure out how to turn up the heating, which got a bit cold at times.

Liked: nice play to stay, rooms were clean and the hotel in general was smart and pleasant. Denmark is v.expensive but this offers good value for money as the location is right in the middle of the town, you can walk everywhere (other than to the airport!). stay here if you go to Aarhus!
