Liked: The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, with very good English, and the beds were very comfortable! Would happily stay here again.

Disliked: Breakfast didn't start until 8am, which meant we missed it the morning we left as we had an early coach to catch.

Liked: It's an average hotel. Nothing special, but the price was right. Some good pubs just around the corner.

Liked: Next to the train station and there are a lot of tram noises even at night. Breakfast was good but we couldnt eat porky products just cheese butter... Reception was very helpful that while check in they introduced everything about the city, attractions and the tips- tricks. The room was good and it is good for the price.

Disliked: Next to the train station and there are a lot of tram noises even at night. On the surface there was something on the carpet like someone has thrown up before us. the mobels was old fashion but it is not that important. The bathroom was good and clean but the atmosphere of it a bit scared me :)

Liked: Situated close enough historical centre fro easy access but not in the centre of all the noise and chaos

Disliked: On the site it says that they have a sauna but there wasn't one at the hotel

Liked: Nice historical building with beautiful facade. The room decoration was not bad. A great view from the lift.

Disliked: Very cold rooms. A huge dirty spiderweb right opposite to the door. The breakfast had a good variety, but low quality.
