Free internetA little far from the center, but the tram stop was outside the door so it wasn't an issueThey helped book our tours and get past language issues. Liked: Overall, excellent value for money. High quality room and breakfast in a very convenient location. However staff were fairly unhelpful and the general atmosphere was not all that pleasant.

Liked: Breakfast was the best we had ever found in a hostel. Staff very friendly. Room was the cleanest and best we had ever stayed in. We are already thinking about when we can visit again. Excellent

Liked: Very Helpful for directions, tickets. Could buy transport tickets from them. Breakfast was very good.

Liked: Great value for money, simple but fresh and tasty breakfast included, tram stop just outside the hotel (which made it a little noisy if your room window opens to the street), nice and quite neighbourhood with easy access to city centre. Unfortunately the hotel has no parking spots, but other parking options are available nearby at cheap prices.
