Romantic getaway

Liked: The beds were very very comfortable. The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.
Disliked: It was quite difficult to find, especially driving at night. It is not actually located on the street indicated by the address or in google maps - i.e. it is not on Ortenovo namesti, it is on a different road altogether. It is fairly low key on the street as well, so it does not stand out when you are trying to find it.

Liked: People were nice and did their best to help us. Internet connection was ok.
Disliked: The beds aren't as comfortable as you would expect, the sheets are rough and is not so nice to lay on them. Towels are old and rough.

Liked: Excellent staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Quiet and in a great location with access to tram for central Prague.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
