Liked: Excellent value for money. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: The property. But concidering the price it was OK.

Liked: Location was convenient

Disliked: The payment methods. Dont accept to pay on your credit card unless you pay a commission to them (i.e they make up their own excahnge rates, not the current rate). You can pay in Euro but we didn't have any on us. In retrospect we should have bought euro at a change place because paying the hotel in CZK still cost us extra than what the calculation would be on the recognised excahnge rate.. This is not mentioned in the booking form.

Liked: Just the location.

Disliked: Someone broke into my car and and as I did not know how to find the nearest police station, I spoke to the receptionist if he could call the police. The answer was no. He then advised me to go to a police station 15 min walk from the hotel, which was not the one I was supposed to go. Absolutely rediculous.

Liked: The hotel is very close to center, it has internet access in the room, nice breakfast, good crew at reception. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Not far from town, 1 min away from the night bus stop to the airport and 5 min from I.P.Pavlova which is one of the main tram and underground stations.

Disliked: There is the occasional noise from the service just downstairs.

Liked: Cheap double room, not far from I.P. Pavlova metro station.

Disliked: Hotel lacked any kind of atmosphere, and certainly didn't seem to be frequented by backpackers. Room was not dirty, but not particularly clean either. It could be reached from reception by walking outside through a car service. Staff were on the whole friendly. However, when we came to pay our bill, we discovered that the hostel management had invented their own exchange rate for Euros to Czech Koruna - paying in CZK would have cost us an additional £10! We decided to change our CZK in Euros to avoid giving them the satisfaction. A cheeky trick to play on guests.

Liked: Very good value for money, lovely room and large bathroom. Very clean. Staff very helpful and there is someone on reception 24 hours a day.
