Liked: The only thing we liked was the access the hotel by public transport : easy to get subway and 1 bus (takes 45min from City centre). The main hotel looked wonderfull but revealed to be a nightmare and the Garni hotel is in bad condition, very noisy and stressfull stay with far too much asshole with getting a room to sleep in. We did not like the TOP HOTEL PRAGUE because it was a nightmare to have a room to sleep in despite having paid for 2 nights in a double room... I would not recommend this hotel. (see below for more info!)

Disliked: STAFF TAKE YOUR MONEY ON ARRIVAL AND THEN TELL YOU THEY DON'T HAVE A DOUBLE ROOM NOR A TWIN, THEY PRACTICE OVERBOOKING, THEY GIVE 2 KEYS TO DIFFERENT COUPLES FOR THE SAME ROOM, AREN'T FRIENDLY TO SORT OUT THE ROOM PROBLEM, JUST LET YOU COPE WITH THE PROBLEM. WE SAW THE MANAGER TWICE ON THE FIRST NIGHT WE HAD TO SLEEP IN A VERY NOISY YOUTH HOSTEL (i normally like youth hostel and very often stay in them) AND AFTER DOUBLE BOOKING OUR ROOM AGAIN ON 2nd NIGHT DESPITE US HAVING THE KEY OF THE BEDROOM WE HAD TO SEE THE MANAGER A 2nd TIME TO FINALLY GET A DECENT ROOM ON THE 2nd NIGHT! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, STRESSFULL, EXPENSIVE...DONT GO THERE!

Liked: This is a large hotel complex with more than 5 bars and pubs, a wellness centre and a full, grand 24 hour reception. We mostly liked it because it was cheap, though!

Disliked: The block we were staying in was old and a little bit shabby, but fine. The rooms were not very big, but adequate.

Liked: Wasnt directly in the centre.

Disliked: School kids sports carnival meant it was constantly loud and buzy.

Liked: Good facilities and it felt good quality for the money. Rooms were clean and there was free wi-fi in the lobby.

Disliked: Too far from a cash machine which made it annoying having to get the bus or a 20 min walk to get money.

Liked: Very nice and clean hotel. Just a bit far away from city centre, but next to the hotel is bus stop, so u can easy get there.

Liked: Conference hotel, not much character, very clean, have to pay for use of pool gym etc. V good breakfast.

Liked: Very good value for money! All you can eat breakfast, tons of stuff to do onsite (although it is additional cost) and very clean and comfortable rooms

Liked: This was basically a 4* hotel with tons of services to offer for a hostel price! The price included an all you can eat breakfast, excellent bathrooms, very clean. The only drawback was its location which was about 30 minutes outside the Old Town Square

Liked: The entrance hall was dazzling however the rooms were moderate, though adequate for the price.Some worrying stains on the carpet, but every effort had been made to keep the room clean. The breakfasts were amazing. The lift got stuck several times a day. Disappointed to find that use of the swimming pool and spa facilities was very expensive (equivalent £8 /hour)

Liked: Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel however the cleaners burst into our room 3 times, once whilst my boyfriend opened the door, a cleaner burst in, used the phone then left, the second time was at 8am whilst we were sleeping and the next an hour later. No apologies. And if they weren't bursting into rooms they were standing about doing nothing they were standing outside our room gossiping loudly. You go to a hotel to get away from things....they ruined our stay.

Liked: Rooms and breakfast are great, everything else you have to pay extra (parking, wellness, swimming pool, ....).Bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to go to the center !
